Easy to use wizard - fast process

The website was easy to navigate. I was able to easily purchase the insurance. I ended up doing everything on line and researching my questions through Safari. I tried to connect to a "live chat" but the answers I received back were not specific to my questions. It seemed like prepared electronic answers were provided.

Easy to purchase for travel

I have not yet traveled and hope I do not need to take advantage of our new medical travel policy from Trawick. But, based on the options available, price, coverage choices, and ease of navigating their website, I do (so far) recommend Trawick. Ease of filing a claim and receiving compensation will be the ultimate factors.

Our travel destination requires international health insurance. Family recently traveled to this same destination and recommended Trawick. It was very easy to purchase what we needed and the cost was reasonable. It also gives us peace of mind that should we have a medical issue we are covered.

1. I purchased the policy before leaving Australia. I was very clear about my requirements. Despite this, your agent sold me the wrong policy which I only discovered after I arrived in the USA. This has now been amended.
2. I tried to call and chat without successfully connecting to anyone the first time I tried to fix the problem.
3. My last two interactions were positive.
