I did get a quick response by emailing my question after trying to phone in. The phone service was horrible. Called twice and was on hold for 30 minutes with no one ever answering! That's why it's 4 stars instead of 5. Either offer to call back or at least tell us what number we are in line. Not pleased with your phone service.

Service is prompt. Although I have to admit the price has at least doubled in the last year. As a freguent flyer overseas it irks me to have you take advantage of this situation. I can only hope that if I EVER need to use this policy the service will have doubled also.
