Easy to do online. Did not see access to the more detailed policy until I purchased it. Maybe I just missed finding it.

I just turned 70 and don't like the limit placed on this age. Would like to see policy options iwth max benefits that exceed the current $100k limit.

Purchasing was a positive experience, no hassle. I did not need trip cancellation (just medical coverage) and a member of their customer service team confirmed that all I needed was medical coverage. Also, I had a cruise cancelled that was insured by Trawick and they moved the insurance coverage from the cancelled cruise to a new similar cruise that I had just booked. They even refunded me a small amount. To be honest though, I have yet to file a claim with Trawick (and hope I never do), so I can not speak to their claims process.

Agent was very helpful. It was so easy to get just the right policy. Price is great. I will use them again.
