I travel international several times a year. Since COVID I have used Trawick Travel insurance multiple times. The policy is clear to understand and at a great price. I definitely recommend using Trawick Insurance when traveling.

Pretty easy and straight forward

I had problems paying for it online despite hours of trying and using different cards but after calling, the agent was incredibly professional, quick and we got it done in a few minutes! There was
1) literally no waiting time to connect to the agent
2) was able to talk to a REAL PERSON and not a computer generated voice which will never replace real human response and flexibility.

It was fast, simple and affordable.

It was great and when I messed up on the destination they fixed it right away. Second time using them and both times was super easy.

I was confused when asked how many travelers. I thought then I would enter data for all travelers but that was not the case, I entered data for one traveler at a time.

I had problems my first go at it but called and got clarification. Then i charged it twice and had to call again. Got our policies, spoke to 2 people who were very helpful. Another thing checked off of our list!

I am still working on one of the policies. They only put the passport number on the primary traveler Visa letter and not on the second passenger's visa letter

You have a lot of plans, but the filters in selecting plans seemed to do a good job. I like that COVID-19 is mentioned up front, which is a requirement of the country I am traveling to. Easy to download documentation and "visa" letter.
