My destination required certain items to be included in my travel policy. I called the customer service number and they were extremely helpful and walked me through all the policies and the best fit for my trip.

It was easy and quick. We used Trawick for our last trip and will use them for future trips.

I have used Trawick in the past and will likely use it again although I have never made a claim so I’m not sure how good the response would be and cannot comment. The purchase process was easy although I was unable to log into the app using my credentials and unable to complete the password reset process.

I got my birth date wrong on the insurance I bought today. I would like to change or update the birth date to May 4, 1971. I have not received a response form the team. Otherwise the service is user friendly, and affordable.

I tried using the website and couldn't find the policy I needed, Margaret in customer service was able to select the best policy's for both my wife & I, great job and great customer service. I also tried the mobile app, and was able to login, some sort of sign up issue. Thank goodness for excellent customer service!

i am happy with the plan and the insurance, however i do have a suggestion. I bought this plan when my previous Trawick plan ran out. But i was not notified by Trawick that my previous plan was about to expire. Had I received an email from you, I would have simply extended my coverage and saved myself a lot of time and hassle. And I would not have had a gap in coverage

I found all communication via email or chat easy and clear. The tone was always professional yet personal, pleasant and helpful. The website is easy to use and everything is clearly laid out. The only negative was that basic rules regarding pre- conditions ( which I know and understand can vary with each client) should be more easily accessible.
