I purchased what I thought was the correct trip insurance for Turks and Caicos. I reached out by phone to Trawick directly. I ended up reach a voice mailbox. I was not sure I would hear back from anyone? I was totally wrong- Kathy Phillips a ref for the company returned my call and emailed me after I missed her call. She informed us that we had chosen the wrong insurance policy. She directed us to the correct policies and and refunded us for the monies spent. I could not be happier with my experience. Thank you Trawick and Kathy Phillips!
