The process of buying a policy was straightforward enough. For someone who is not an attorney, it’s always intimidating to read a multi-page contract with endless definitions then still wonder where the loopholes are hiding. In the end, the policy added about 9% to the expected trip costs. The true value can only be realized if a claim is filed. Will I chose Trawick again? The real answer is MAYBE.

Everything online went smoothly and clearly, until I got the copy of the policy. Somehow, my DOB had been changed in your system. It should be March 7, 1942. I've sent emails asking that that be amended and a new copy sent to me. Am waiting for that. Once that is cleared up, I would hit the five-star overall evaluation.

Knowledgeable competent staff

We do not cruise often so getting insurance was something I was not familiar with. I used a search group and Trawick came up. Then I called the company and the lady I spoke with was outstanding. She gave me all he particulars which I know she does for everyone but I felt that she wanted to be sure that I knew everything. That is a super important fact for me in choosing insurance. That is why I would recommend to talk to Trawick and get a quote. See what you will be buying for what you are willing to pay.

I had compared a lot of policies. I am a Registered Nurse so was looking for a certain level of coverage at a reasonable price and this policy provided it. Underwritten by Nationwide made me feel comfortable buying it. The reviews state your responsiveness and this was important also.

Unlike most businesses these days, they answered the phone quickly. I tried to get insurance thru Costco's Zurich Cover More company. I waited and waited twice listening to annoying muzak. Gave up and got no return call after leaving a message. Price with Trawick seemed pretty good for the One Trip policy. Peace of mind if you get sick overseas.
