The purchasing process was quick and easy. The website is intuitive and clearly explains all options. I bought two separate policies today for two upcoming trips to Mexico for my wife and I. I will do the same later in the year for other trips in late 2023.

I purchased the policy specifically to meet the Covid 19 requirements for the destination country. I was confused as to the policy's coverage of same but when looking further into their website, it stated that their medical expense coverage did cover Covid 19 therefore I purchased the policy as it was very economical.
