I've been buying this policy for years. I was disappointed it went up $232 in one year.

Agent providing detailed information over the phone about policy coverage was knowledgeable and efficient. Purchasing the policy online was a simple process. Based on the purchasing experience, I would recommend Trawick; but that recommendation must be with reservation because I have had no experience with claims. Hopefully we won't.

I have purchased several policies the last few years. However, the last one I purchase, about a month ago, was actually for my grandson, who is traveling with us, since he lives in a different state. I used his name and address, but my email address.

Now when I log in with my email address, it lists HIS information in my account! His name, birthdate, address, but my email address. I want to change it all back to MY information on my email address, but the person on the phone couldn't help and I can't fix it online (I can change the name and address online, but not the birthdate). This is really poor programming of your website and training of your people.

My only disappointment is that I was not sent an email reminder that my yearly policy was expiring. Luckily, I thought to check just before my overseas trip. An email reminder of an expiring yearly policy is an excellent sales tactic - everyone should get an email reminder a few weeks before expiration.

I believe the coverage is a good value. I have purchased policies in the past. One of those times I had emergency gallbladder surgery. I had no issues submitting my claim and being reimbursed promptly.

I’ve been insured with TRAWICK in the past, and fortunately didn’t need to file a claim. I’m more relaxed about my upcoming trips knowing they are insured should an unexpected event occur.

As my wife and I are doing more and more travel (both national and international), this Annual Executive Plan really seems to fit the bill. Mind you, I've never had to cash in on the policy, and I hope I never do. Nevertheless, between our credit card travel coverage and this, I think we're pretty well covered. And I do love having an annual travel insurance so I can skip over all the pop up offers every time I book a trip.
