As a senior citizen, I was able to purchase a basic international policy for my 31 day trip to the Far East with basic trip cancellation and interruption coverage as well as solid medical insurance coverage for $111. For me this all the insurance I needed at an extremely good price with a top rated company.

First attempt to purchase online didn't go through. I confirmed with customer service that the purchase did not get to your system. The second attempt worked fine. Customer service was always helpful and courteous.

Overall it was too difficult to figure out what the right policy was for us because the information comparing the different policies was not clear. In addition, once we had a policy we thought we needed it took me 15 min to find a basic and important piece of information (what type of emergency is included in the cancellation policy: family death, family illness, etc.). I read 4 different documents before I found the right piece of information. We almost picked a competitor because it was so difficult to get the information we needed from Trawick.

I would recommend Trawick International to anyone. They offer quick and efficient service, no problems and no hassles and their policies cover all possible requirements.

Great. The only thing that disappointed me is that though I paid for the premium for the $200,000 accidental death and dismerberment, my insurance certificate comes with the $25000 limit as if I had not already paid the premium

the process is quick and simple

I've purchased before but have never required a claim (thank goodness! ) ... so I can't recommend your ease of submitting a claim.

The process over the phone was very good. Your on-line purchase is very confusing regarding starting/ending coverage and starting/ending plan....had no idea what I was buying or when i was actually covered. Had to call Customer Service...hopefully won't need to find out if I am covered...

I have used Trawick in the past, no complaints.
