I totally did not like having to be employed to do the whole thing myself, like I didn't get a 401K. Incase you didn't understand what I just said, I called for service but when I had to put all the information in myself I did not feel like I got service, I felt I was doing someone's job. I don't think I spoke to anyone that had an insurance license, as when I asked questions most of the answers were read the policy. Joseph the agent I talked to was very nice and helpful with the quote, polite and over all felt he did the job he was told to do, the way he was told to do it.

All was well, except: 1) putting in the date ranges for the trip was pretty difficult, and 2) when entered our birthdays in normal American style they came back very different. That caused us to call customer service, and that was handled in a friendly and professional manner. Still a couple of other changes that we requested to phone numbers and an email address were not made.
For some reason, your online quotation system could not provide me with a quotation. It said, "No matching Plan found for this Agent and Options." But thanks to a chat with your customer service team, I was given a quote and purchased the policy.
When I tried to buy the policy on my Apple computer, the e-mail line was blocked by an "overlay" of Select Language. There was also a clock with purple hour marks and another purple mark that would not allow me to enter my e-mail address. Your agent, Joseph, input all of my necessary information so that I could finally proceed with the purchase my policy.
Mark was very patient explaining the differences in policies to me, and very helpful in getting me the coverage that I needed!
