The website is very hard to work with, it didn't register my dates correctly, had to redo several times.
When I purchased online for four people, the online system somehow doubled the coverage for same four people. I called the customer service immediately. Luckily, I got through to an agent who understood right away what had happened. It was a computer glitch she said and she apologized. At the same time she offered to cancel the policy for a full refund and offered to help me to get a new policy. She was doing her job -however, her mannerisms and her kindness made me relax quickly rather than getting upset and frustrated. I ended up asking her name. Agent Estelle Malveda. She was the best agent I encountered on the phone after purchasing anything online. Trawick company is lucky to have her as an employee.

I tried to leave a rating of 5 after our phone conversation on the automated system but I’m not sure if it took my response because the automated question kept repeating the questions. My answer was a 5 for the 1-5 , 5 being good!
