I had contacted another insurance company recommended by my travel agent - their policies were so confusing, and I was going to have to wait several days to get a visa letter! Trawick had exactly what I needed and the customer service agent was extremely clear.

Trawick is very easy to get the coverage I feel I need, and reasonably priced. As with most insurance, I hope I never need it, but if I ever do, I hope the support and backing of Trawick will be meet all the good things I have heard about it.

had a policy a year ago had COVID coverage I got COVID so could not travel I did get the cost reimbuserd to me o
issue is I was dealing with Nationwide Insurance company they were less than user friendly which contrary to what the president of Trawick states as their company policy. so trying again this time no COVID coverage just major medical coverage while in Europe my wish is of course I hope I do not need to use the policy

Trawick Int. has always had good customer service and affordable plans for my trips. I have not had to make a claim (and hope not to either), but their past customer support was prompt and professional.

Easy enrollment though I have to make a call to verify some concerned features but was verified by the customer service lady. the on line chat also solved my error on the insurance that I bought.
