The website had issues last night as I tried to purchase. But, the folks in the chat box in customer service were always able to help me with questions I had. I wish you also offered a policy that didn't cover air travel because I am a Florida resident and will not need air travel to reach port destinations. That would be a savings for someone like me and my fellow travelers.

I purchased this type of policy last year from this company, easy to do, price is better than airline insurance coverage , and it’s backed by a reputable company Nationwide Insurance, will purchase in the future also

This was our second policy we have purchased for our travels. This time I had to reach out to customer service to correct a error I made in my birthdate. They answered on the 2 or 3rd ring and I got to talk to a live person who was extremely helpful.

this is our first big trip using Trawick as our travel insurance provider. would be better to fill out survey AFTER we've used them and see how the claims are handled if necessary after the trip ends.

I have used Trawick several times. When I had questions they were right there to answer. So far have never had to make a claim. I did have to cancel once due to Covid. So far nothing but positive things to sat.
