High limits of coverage at reasonable price

So far so good, this is my first time purchasing this travel insurance from your company. Hope I will purchase more travel insurances from u guys in the future.

Pearl was my chat line guide, and she patiently answered all of my many questions. She was efficient and friendly and helped me find just the right product for my upcoming trip.

Your on line system is not all that friendly- it didn't let me buy the policy because I (the payer) am a US citizen. However I am buying the insurance for two non-US residents !!.
You representative on the phone (Rusty) saved the day and helped me out with the process. Thanks for that.

Easy peasy. The only issue is the quote didn’t indicate the currency. I’m in Canada and since I provided that info, I thought the quote was in Cdn $, it isn’t, its US $ so it actually cost about $500 more.

Fast and easy

I needed travel insurance and had great difficulty, due to my personal situation (expatriated from my home country and not insurable in my adoptive country due to be classed as not a "permanent resident"!) I spent 3 days sourcing possible solutions and found that Trawick ticked all the boxes without being excessively expensive. Thank you so much for your assistance!

Easy to purchase but difference between plans isn’t very obvious. Would prefer less options since they’re so similar. Also, still waiting for my travel delay claim from previous trip

I did not understand you had a customer service team that would "actually help" with buying a policy. I'm not sure what I have purchased but I'm hopeful that if I should need medical aid for a serious injury, I will have coverage.

There were too many products from which to choose, which made the search for just the right product an hours-long task, not a simple get-in-get-out experience. Very exhausting. Customer chat person was good, thought.

I was looking for an affordable travel insurance company for my upcoming trip to South Africa.
Trawick was listed in a Google search for policies for seniors. After purchase I read reviews which were 50/50; some excellent, some not good about claims submissions and responses. So I am holding my breath and hoping I will have an uneventful trip without the need for submission of any claims.
Of note, I did have an online chat with Amanda because for some reason I was unable to print the viewed documents. Amanda sent an email with the travel card which I was able to print.

The purchase process was quick and easy
