I accidently bought a policy for 5 of us going on a cruise together. I realized after the cancellation date that I might not have done the policy correctly as 2 of my sisters live in different states. I called and they were kind enough to cancel it and create the 3 policies i needed for me to re-purchase. Much appreciated!

Easy and straightforward.

The policy looked good both times. Last time I purchased the policy through Squaremouth, this time I went straight to you. This was a better experience but the other allowed me to compare many different plans. Customer service (chat) was great! My biggest complaint has been in settling claims. We had to cancel our trip last time because my wife got covid three days into the trip. We still have not not heard anything back about the claim. That has been three months. That was my one hesitation purchasing another policy from you.

I will say if recommend Trawick International when I have had a claim. It is one thing to buy, and it could be totally another when you want to be reimbursed!

We wanted medical only travel insurance and Trawick offered the closest policy that fit our needs and was reasonably priced given our ages (+60). Website was very easy to navigate and the details of the policies were accessible. We priced three other companies' policies and compared benefits and accessibility of information and Trawick was the clear leader.

The price was reasonable and it was easy to purchase. I am anxious to see how they respond if the need arises....

The service to purchase the travel insurance plan is excellent, prompt responses and feedback from agents. This is my second time buying with Trawick and do hope if there is a claim that it would be processed with the same expediency.
